Crowns and Bridges

Crowns offer coverage and protection to individually damaged, cracked and/or root canal treated teeth. They are a great option because of the versatility, strength and stability that they offer.

A bridge is a device used to close a gap left by one or more missing teeth. It consists of a “pontic(s),” which replaces the missing tooth, and “abutments” that are made up of crowning adjacent teeth. As with any other treatment, opting for a bridge requires consideration of the location, health, appearance and functionality of the surrounding teeth, gums and bone.
